What if I go over the number of hours included in my plan?
That's totally fine, we will continue to support your needs and bill for any overages at the end of the month. With that said, once a quarter we will review your consumption and let you know if any adjustments are needed.
Do unused hours roll forward?
Hours do not roll forward as it allows us to ensure the right amount of resources are assigned to your plan should needs arise. Our goal is to ensure that we are there for you when you need us the most.
What if I need you to come on-site?
In general 99.99% of the work we do can be done remotely. With that said, if we need to come on-site we can certainly accommodate that assuming you are in British Columbia or Ontario. On-site rates will vary depending on your location.
What about cyber security? Is that something you can help us with?
Our clients are looked after by our sister company, Cyber Unit. Once we get talking we will ensure your security needs are looked after.
