Anyone in British Columbia who is running a bar, restaurant, or event is required to collect contact information for COVID-19 contact tracing purposes. If this pertains to your business, please be sure to keep the following in mind:
✔️Only collect the minimum amount of personal information necessary
✔️Only keep collected information for 30 days
✔️Properly secure the collected information
✔️Do not use or disclose the collected information other than to provide to the Public Health Officer (PHO) upon request
✔️If you share the collected information with the PHO, keep a record of the transaction
